Shimizu Keiko (清水恵子) is a member of the Japanese girl-group, ME:I. She participated on PRODUCE 101 JAPAN THE GIRLS.
History
Early life
2023-present: PRODUCE 101 JAPAN THE GIRLS
On September 3, Keiko was announced as a trainee on PRODUCE 101 JAPAN THE GIRLS, which officially started broadcasting on October 5. In the first episode, she was peer ranked 9th, and given an original grade of A during the first evaluation and was re-evaluated to grade B.
During the broadcast of the final episode, Keiko was announced as a member of the debut group, ME:I, finishing in 8th place overall.
Personal Life
Keiko was born into a large family, the daughter of a Korean father and a Japanese mother. Growing up with six brothers, she was surrounded by a supportive and ambitious environment. Inspired by her father and brothers, all of whom are doctors, Keiko's childhood dream was to follow in their footsteps and become a doctor herself.
