Hippopo

A Hippopo is an enemy in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are strange, light blue, hippo-like creatures that are only encountered in The Factory, often alongside Li'l Boos and Ninjas.

In battle, Hippopos are mainly capable of using many spells such as Mega Drain, Blast, and Sand Storm.

Strategy

Hippopos are weak against thunder-based attacks meaning Mallow's Thunderbolt and Shocker techniques are very effective against them.
