Cross Lifts are objects in New Super Mario Bros. U and its enhanced port, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe.

Description

Cross Lifts are platforms that expand and contract horizontally, and also conversely expands and contracts vertically. They appear only in the level Shifting-Floor Cave, where they are extremely common throughout the level, though they also reprise their role in the challenge The High Road.
