Crazy Wario is a transformation of Wario's which first appears in Wario Land II, and later returns in Wario Land 3.
Description
In this form, Wario becomes intoxicated (or just dizzy in Wario Land 3), and he involuntarily moves back and forth, but the player can still control Wario's jumping. In Wario Land II, Crazy Wario can attack by belching, with the resulting gas being able to defeat enemies. If Crazy Wario takes damage or is doused in water, he returns to normal Wario.

Wario Land II
Wario becomes Crazy Wario upon behind hit by a ball thrown by a Penguin. In the Japanese version, this instead occurs when a Penguin throws a mug of beer at Wario, an alcoholic reference removed in overseas releases.
Wario Land 3
Wario can become this form upon being hit by an orange Bird, which spins him around and making him dizzy. The references to intoxication were complete removed as Wario does not change purple while in this form nor can he belch to attack.
