A D-Bat is an enemy in Wario Land II. It also makes a cameo in Picross NP Vol. 7 as one of the character puzzles.

Physical description
D-Bats are dark purple bats with yellow ears.
Behavior
D-Bats have one of two behaviors. If it is carrying a weight, which a D-Bat constantly drops and lifts, it tries to flatten Wario with it, in which case he temporarily turns into Flat Wario. D-Bats that do not carry a weight attempt to drag Wario up, causing him to lose coins, but if he is Flat Wario, these D-Bats can stretch him back into his normal state. A D-Bat can be defeated from Wario's Dash Attack.
The Omodonmeka from Wario Land 3 would go on to have similar behavior to the D-Bats.
