Physical description
A Spearhead has a blue, spherical body with two round, white feet, two large, black eyes, and a spear for a nose.
In Wario Land 3
Spearheads are among the creatures to have originally been humans living in the Music Box World, but a spell from the hidden figure is the result of them becoming Spearheads. This is proven in the ending in which a Spearhead turns back into an old woman.
In Dr. Mario 64
Spearhead is the first mid-boss of either Dr. Mario's or Wario's path in story mode.
