Bound Fires are a sub-species of Fire Snakes that appear in Super Mario World, exclusively within the level Outrageous. They attack by hopping around and leaving drops of fire. Bound Fires resemble regular Fire Snakes, but with the smaller fireballs following in their wake. A Bound Fire can be defeated by either having Yoshi eat them, having Mario or Luigi touch them while under the effects of a Starman, or even by spinning their cape on them while utilizing their Cape power-up.
