Son Dong Pyo (손동표), or simply Dongpyo (동표), is a South Korean singer and lyricist under DSP Media. He is a former member of the boy group MIRAE and the project boy group X1.
Career
2019–2020: Produce X 101, X1
In 2019, he participated in Mnet's boy group survival show Produce X 101 representing DSP Media. He was a center boy of X1-MA and finished in sixth place, thus becoming a member of X1.[2] The group officially debuted on August 27, 2019 with the mini album, 비상 : Quantum Leap.
However, on January 6, 2020, the agencies representing the members announced the group has disbanded due to not being able to reach a unanimous agreement following the Produce 101 vote manipulation controversy.[3]
2021–2024: MIRAE, Solo Debut
On January 19, 2021, Sports Seoul reported that Son Dong Pyo will be debuting with DSP Media’s new boy group, while SpoTVNews reported that the group is planning for a March debut. DSP Media confirmed the reports hours later.[4]
On February 5, Son Dong Pyo was revealed as the fourth member of MIRAE.[5] His profile film was released later that day.[6] On March 17, he officially debuted with the group's first mini album Killa.[7]
On July 9, 2024, DSP Media announced that MIRAE has concluded their activities and has disbanded with the contract terminations of six members. However, Son Dong Pyo will continue his individual activities with the agency.[8]
On August 4, it was announced that he would be making his comeback on August 7, 2024 with the digital single "Wave (2024)". [9]
2025: "Stally"
On March 3, 2025, Son Dong Pyo announced that his upcoming digital single would be released on March 9.[10] On the following day, the title was revealed to be "Stally".[11]

On February 11, 2022, Son Dong Pyo graduated from Hanlim Multi Art School as a part of the Practical Dance Department.[12]
