Trivia
- The name "KARD" originally stood for king (BM), ace (J.seph), joker, and hidden card. A color joker and a black joker represented Somin and Jiwoo, respectively.[21]
- In their pre-debut projects, they used to release a special version for each song, called "Hidden". In "Oh NaNa" the hidden card was the singer and former KARA member, Youngji, who made an appearance in the music video. In "Don't Recall", the fans received a version of the song completely sung in English. And for "Rumor", a performance video was released featuring Z.Sun, the group's choreographer.
- Somin is a former member of APRIL and PURETTY.
- J.Seph and BM were originally supposed to debut as a hip-hop duo but the plan had changed and two female members were included to make KARD.
