Medals are awarded to Agents as they reach set milestones.
There are up to 5 Tiers of available for most medals: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Onyx (Black). Each Tier requires more and more work than the previous.
Achieving Access Levels
- Main article: Access Level
Medals are needed to achieve Agent Access Levels L9-L16. Typically acquiring sufficient Gold medals for Levels L11-L13 is the hardest part.
The Agent Stats website (agent-stats.com) can predict, based on your recent activity, when you will achieve the next tiered medals, and also when you might level up.
Special Medal Types
One Time Medals/Badges
These Medals can only be gained by Agents during specific times. They have no Tiers and cannot be used to level up.

Mission "Medals"
- Main article: Mission
Mission-"medals" are rewarded for the first completion of any Mission. They are are not medals in the traditional sense but rather tokens attesting to the successful completion of the Mission. Mission-"medals" have no tiers, can only be earned once, do not help with leveling and are displayed seperately on the Agent's profile below the Agent's medals & badges and above their stats. Every area has its own set of Missions and, thus, "medals" for them.
