The Simulacrum-medal is granted to any Agent who undergoes a Recursion, which is unlocked at Level 16. The medal tracks how many times the Agent has recursed, although the medal itself is untiered.

The medal was introduced together with the Recurse feature and the Ingress Prime client, which became publicly available on 05. November 2018.
