Earlier Life
He was a Policeman like Ezekiel. And the crimes were difficult to fight. He decided to have his son join in Ezekiel Banks and in a flashback he asks for back up and Fitch who was the closest doesn't care which results to Ezekiel being shot. Marcus Banks the head leader of the Police Task Forces has a meeting with the Police Officers trying to find out who was responsible for not listening to Ezekiel's request for back up beating up Fitch in the process. A little bit later, Fitch and Ezekiel are on a mission and work together to talk to a witness Charlie Emmerson who is the father of a younger William Schneck who Fitch gunned down and Fitch said to Ezekiel that the the witness pulled a gun on him which Ezekiel questioned. Through some off-screen events Ezekiel at some point didn't buy what Fitch said and reported him thus causing Fitch to lose his job. This doesn't anger Fitch as much as it would for Marcus Banks where he beats a journalist sadistically taunting him after slamming the door towards his face.
Present Life

And Marcus Banks eventually looks for the Spiral Killer and eventually gets kidnapped by non other than The Spiral Killer himself. being put to a to a final test. Ezekiel finds a blood drained Marcus Bank put on strings attached to him with Spiral shaped targets. The revealed Spiral Killer orders Ezekiel to pick two options to arrest William the revealed Spiral Killer or try to save Marcus' life and have William run away. Ezekiel tries to shoot one of the targets and then try to stop William. Later, the SWAT Team gets through the Liar as Marcus is tired and he tries to tell the SWAT Team not to enter. Eventually they do enter and Ezekiel tries to warn the others not to go and they eventually do so anyways. Eventually he is pulled up and it looks to the SWAT Team like his about to open fire which leads to him getting brutally killed leading putting Ezekiel though despair. William eventually escapes and Ezekiel shouts no as Banks experiences a brutal death from the SWAT team that indirectly kills him believing him to point fire when he was being controlled thus being one of the worse brutal SAW Traps ever asides from the many others. Though, this one leaves Zeke upset a lot more since it is his father and William leaves from an elevator exist as Zeke yells no.
Heroical Deeds
- Even though he took it out on Fitch, he was upset mainly with how he did not listen to Zeke thus causing Zeke to get seriously hurt and possibly die had Fitch ignored him entirely until realizing how serious it was.
- Also Banks has shown genuine concern for his son who got shot by a criminal
- Trying to help Ezekiel Banks find The Spiral Killer at least.
- Ongoing posthumous goal to stop The Spiral Killer mostly in the hands of Zeke likely doing or would about to do in a possible later on installment.
Trivia
- Similar to Eric Matthews, Marcus is respectively a father with some anti-heroical/villainous attributes.
