Wind Chime (風鈴, Fūrin) is the sixth episode of GARO: The Makai Flower.
Synopsis
Raiga is forced to cut down a childhood friend, a glass wind chime maker named Shimada. Shimada is now possessed by a Horror and devouring humans through his wind chimes. Despite Raiga's personal feelings, he is forced to face him in battle so that the old man can die and end his suffering.
Summary
A beautiful woman scares a woman in a yutaka as Shimada watches from outside. Shimada dismisses his pupil. He is subsequently tormented by the spirit of his dead son.
Raiga finds a wind chime while going through old memorabilia with Gonza and Mayuri. Raiga remembers meeting Shimada and his son and making the wind chime.
A couple buy a wind chime from Shimada and are subsequently visited by, and killed by the beautiful woman.
Meme gives orders to Raiga.
As Raiga sees the wind chime, he follows the path while reminiscing about his time with Shimada. Raiga rescues a carpenter before he confronts and eventually slays his former friend.
Crow visits the estate as Mayuri explores the town.
