Statue (偶像, Gūzō) is the fifteenth episode of the midnight tokusatsu series GARO.
Synopsis
Summary
As Maki is posing for Kōhei Kuramachi, he begins to attack his work. Maki knocks over an angel statue, allowing Kōhei to be willingly possessed by a Horror. Kōhei uses his abilities to twist and distort Maki.
Yurie Nashimoto phones Kaoru Mitsuki and tells her to speak to Kōhei as he stated in an interview that he respected Kaorus father.
Kouga Saejima confronts Kōhei, with Gargoyle managing to escape.
Kouga is berated by the Watchdogs for crossing into the Western territory, they order him not to enter that territory again.
As Kouga is training at the Saejima Estate, Gonza Kurahashi informs him that he has a message from Kaoru. Kouga is informed that he can eat dinner alone as Kaoru is out on business. Kouga attempts to track Kaoru with Zaruba and rushes to find her.
Kaoru departs to see Kōhei Kuramachi, when she comes across Rei, who says that he will protect her. Silva tells Rei to leave Kaoru alone.
Kōhei kills Kaede while Kaoru searches for him. Kaoru shows an article to Kōhei. Kōhei requests that Kaoru models for him as she asks questions about her father. As Kaoru tries to leave, Kōhei prevents her from going, but she manages to escape.
Kouga ignores the rules and runs to the Western District to save Kaoru as Kōhei traps her in a corner. Rei rescues Kaoru. Rei battles Kōhei, defeating him after transforming into Zero.
Kaoru wakes up, to be told by Kouga that Rei saved her. Kaoru thanks Rei.
