(English Translation by Sidier): This is a machine built by the Galactic Space Federation's Warplane Research and Development Unit, made by combining their efforts and using actual battle data from many environments, such as gravity-less space, extreme cold and fiercely hot environments and so on. It's designed to be a machine focused on grip ability, making it compatible with any course. There's a plan in place to, in the future, re-purpose tech used in military stealth vehicles to power up (this machine).[2] |

The Galactic Space Federation designed this machine with adequate grip for every type of course on the circuit. They did so using actual combat data from all sorts of planets, factoring in varying gravity levels, atmospheric resistance, and temperature extremes. In planning for the future, they are researching the possibilities of implementing technology using military-grade stealth components. If they are successful, the White Cat will have no rival.[2] |

The Galactic Space Federation did some research in various planet's conditions such as weightless space, severe cold, intense heat, and etc, to collect the data, and they built a machine with a great grip that can fit to almost any type of course conditions. They are also planning to apply the stealth technology in the near future, so it might be the invincible machine if it becomes real.[2] |
Anime Universe
F-Zero Farukon Densetsu (Anime)
The White Cat is piloted by the Anime Universe Jody Summer. While partially destroyed at some point during Lap 9, the machine, similarly to its pilot who happens to be a cyborg, had been easily repaired.[3]
Jody still uses her machine, even by the year 2207.

This machine’s elegant yet aggressive form seems just like Jody herself. It may lack a little boost power and body strength, but its amazing grip more than compensates. |

(English Translation): This machine has fantastic grip on the course, allowing it to easily clear any tight corners that the pilot, Jody Summer, might come across. Together with her machine, she's gained a great sense for the best racing lines to take. |

Trivia
Main Universe:
- Given that the White Cat, Wonder Wasp, and Bunny Flash machines (as well as two others) all use FGS engines, one can presume that the Galactic Space Federation contracts the company that makes FGS engines.
