Juliette is a woman working at the Mountainside Bed & Breakfast in Appalachia.
Background
Juliette presents herself as the caretaker of the bed & breakfast. She will offer anyone who comes along, including the Vault Dweller, a bed to sleep in and breakfast the next morning (cooked by her husband, Hubert) for the low cost of 5 caps.

Juliet will offer the Vault Dwellers of Vault 76 a place to stay for 5 caps. If a Perception check of 12 is passed, she will reveal that she and her husband are being forced to work by a group of cannibals and explains they are hiding in the basement, where they can be killed. She will cower during and after the fight.
If the room is rented and the Perception check is not passed, the player character may go to sleep in the bed upstairs. They will be woken up in the middle of the night by whispers from the cannibals waiting in the next room. From there, a fight will ensue.
