Duchess's Dram
is a drink in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update.
Characteristics
Duchess's Dram is a special drink sold by Duchess at her bar, the Wayward, in Appalachia. Drinking it will restore HP while reducing Intelligence. It is distributed in a recycled rum bottle with a custom label, which features a lipstick kiss imprint. It is unknown whether Duchess applies the lipstick herself, or has Mort kiss the bottle for her.

- One is given to the player character for free after talking to Duchess for the first time during Wayward Souls.
- May be purchased from Duchess.

- Duchess's Dram may be placed in a punch bowl.

- Duchess's Dram cannot be crafted, although it has a keyword to block the effects of Super Duper.
