Piggy is the main antagonist of Dog Man: Lord of the Fleas, Dog Man: Brawl of the Wild, Dog Man: Twenty Thousand Fleas Under the Sea, and Dog Man: Mission Impawsible. He is the one of the secondary antagonists (alongside Grampa) in Dog Man: For Whom the Ball Rolls. He is also the leader of the F.L.E.A.S..

Twenty Thousand Fleas Under The Sea:
He's the ruthless leader of the FLEAS, which is an acronym for "Fuzzy Little Evil Animal Squad." Recently, Piggy got shrunk by a shrink ray, and was locked up in Mini Jail for "crimes and stuff."
Appearance
Piggy wears glasses and a red and orange striped scarf.
In Dog Man: Twenty Thousand Fleas Under the Sea, he wears an orange Mini Jail uniform. Later, he wore a Friendly Friends uniform from Daryl - a purple shirt with a yellow heart with two Fs inside.
History
According to the notes from Lord of the Fleas, Piggy is based on Piggy (The good version who was a human), the protagonist of Lord of the Flies by William Golding. He is also the leader of the F.L.E.A.S. (Fuzzy Little Evil Animal Squad) making him naturally bossy and demanding. He doesn’t really care at all about the well being of his allies, giving him have a personality of pure selfishness.
Not much is known if he was always this way in the past, but in Lord of the Fleas, it does seem like he was a good person as a kid.
Lord of the Fleas
Piggy, Crunky and Bub make their debut. Petey goes to see a guidance counselor, but it turns out to be Piggy in disguise. Piggy reveals the plans and laughs uncontrollably. Later, they attack with their Robo-Brontosaurus but are foiled. They are shrunk to the size of fleas and escape in Dog Man's fur.
In Petey's childhood flashback, he, along with Crunky, Bub and Petey are members of the Critter Scouts. One day they played mini golf when the Critter Scout leader excuses to get his coffee. The scouts imagines themselves (inspired by Lord of the Flies) that they were at the island. Petey used Piggy's glasses for making fire. Later, he and Petey ran by Crunky and Bub (as hunters) through the cliff. All of a sudden, Piggy's glasses fell, the shark ate it, and returned to reality as the leader came. Piggy, Crunky and Bub pointed at Petey for using his glasses.
Brawl of the Wild
The FLEAS return when they shrink down Petey's giant robot with a shrink ray left behind. They wreak havoc but are ultimately defeated. They escape, but this time in Petey's fur.
For Whom the Ball Rolls
The FLEAS want to hypnotize Petey to do their evil bidding, but a hug with Big Jim switches their patients. They hypnotize Big Jim anyway, turning him into Commander Cupcake. Crunky and Bub overthrow Piggy by having Big Jim flick him out the window. Piggy gets stuck with Daryl the Moth. Piggy nevertheless wreaks havoc when he steals the Hope Diamond Mood Ring using Daryl as a tool. This plan also gets thwarted when Daryl goes after Uncle Larry (Petey's Ratterfly). Piggy goes flying and Big Jim catches him, sending him to prison.
Twenty Thousand Fleas Under the Sea
Piggy gets stuck in jail and asks Crunky and Bub is they got his secret escape plans. Crunky and Bub refused to do it and Piggy got angry. Piggy decided to eat cupcakes and didn't share a single with Ducky the Beetle. The Mini Jail Warden told Piggy that he had a visitor and Piggy found out that Daryl was here to visit him.

- He was supposed to be in Dog Man: Mothering Heights, but the idea got scrapped.
- Piggy returned in Dog Man: Twenty Thousand Fleas Under the Sea.
- In Dav Pilkey at Home read aloud videos, Piggy also snorts.
