Milly

Milly is a female, red-haired cop that shows up in Dog Man: Unleashed and a major character in Dog Man: Lord of the Fleas as Chief's second-in-command at the Cop Station. She is first seen in Dog Man: Unleashed to call a secret meeting to plan Chief's birthday. She strictly tells Dog Man not to buy a dead fish when at Penelope's Pets. Her first significant role was assisting Chief in Dog Man: Lord of the Fleas, along with Sarah Hatoff. She normally appears as a background character, even appearing in Dog Man: Mothering Heights in Chief's dream, and later in the book when she told Chief that Nurse Lady was on the phone.

In the movie, she is reimagined as an African-American middle-aged woman with braided black hair by the artists. She wears yellow glasses and the typical cop uniform: a blue hat and shirt with a yellow badge on both. However, Milly's shirt has white long sleeves and a white collar, likely to differentiate herself from other cops as the second-in-command. She also has freckles.
