The mean officer (real name unknown) is a recurring antagonist in the Dog Man series. He works for the Cops, and is usually around Maude, whom he enjoys taunting his fellow coworkers with.
Appearance
He is a a human around the same size as Maude. He has no hair and a small, pig-like nose. His attire is the same as his coworkers; a blue, long sleeved shirt and cap - both with badges on them.
Personality
He, much like Maude, enjoys insulting and taunting their fellow cops. He shows barely any remorse for their actions, with one of the only times he ever regretted his taunting was in Dog Man: Mothering Heights, when Dog Man accidentally activates the Cone of Destiny (which resulted in him and Maude peeing themselves and running away in fear).
