- Area description(src)

Nostrava is a town/stronghold in Diablo IV.
Lore

A quiet mountain village, Nostrava is located in the Fractured Peaks. It has a chapel, and was known for the skill of its woodworkers.[1]
During the Reign of Enmity, the town fell under control of the Triune.[2] The villagers worshipped Lilith in ceremonies led by Negala. This apparently led to the neglect of their woodworking. At least some of the villagers did not join in the worship of Lilith, and were imprisoned. Human sacrifice was apparently carried out.[1]
The cultists, Negala, and the demons she summoned were slain by a hero/group of heroes.[1] The surviving cultists holed up in a refuge beneath the town's burnt-out chapel.[2]
In-game

Nostrava appears in Diablo IV in the Fractured Peaks zone, located in the map's southwest. It is a stronghold, and and is home to the "Nostrava" side quest. An Altar of Lilith is located here. Conquering Nostrava unlocks the Cultist Refuge dungeon, and the town has a scattering of NPCs, plus a waypoint. To its north is the Brinewood.

Points of Interest
- Realistic Woodcarving: These carvings are a monument to Nostrava's skilled woodworkers. Their features are so lifelike it seems like they could almost move.
- Woodworking Tools: Tools of master woodworkers. Normally handled with great care, these seem to have been abandoned for some time.
