Bombshell is a nuclear-charged super-hero and a younger female counterpart to Captain Atom. Her powers are the result of experimentation from an organization called Project Quantum that she underwent to avoid a prison sentence. Despite her questionable motivations and beginning as a villain, she eventually begins to fight on the side of good. She has been a member of the Teen Titans and Titans East.
Bombshell was created by Geoff Johns and Tony S. Daniel, first appearing during Titans Around the World in Teen Titans (Volume 3) #38 (2006).
