Clock King

Clock King is a super-villain obsessed with time who uses clock-related gadgetry to commit crimes. His primary enemies are Green Arrow and Batman. There was also a second Clock King who commanded the Terror Titans and could see a short distance into the future. Another version of the character known as "Temple Fugate" was introduced in the DCAU. Clock King has been a member of the Injustice League, Justice League Antarctica, Suicide Squad, and the Time Foes.

In the New 52 reboot, he is reimagined as a Seattle crimelord with no costume named Billy Tockman. A second Clock King is based on the Temple Fugate version, and a third version is based on the original, both confusingly also named William Tockman.

Clock King was created by France Herron and Lee Elias, first appearing in World's Finest #111 (1960).
