Serge

Serge is one of Butch the Bully's Henchmen. He wears a blue shirt, brown shorts and blue sneakers with green laces and white soles on his feet with no socks.

In the only scene that he appears in, he is ordered by Butch to spray paint the town with his best friend Jamie. He complies. Cool Cat spots them from across the street and runs straight towards them. Butch tosses Jamie and Serge the spray paint can and runs away to avoid any consequences for his actions. Cool Cat inquires Jamie and Serge why they were vandalizing the wall, and Jamie tells Cool Cat that no one loves them. Cool Cat informs them that it's not true and that he loves them, which is obviously a lie and/or makes him sound like a pedophile.
