Pulse Laser is the first upgrade on the core Tech tier path. It fires a single laser in short bursts, but is the most powerful first tier core upgrade. Like the Pulse Whip, the Pulse Laser cannot pop glass bloons and needs the research upgrade Focused Beams to pop them.
