Earl was the Mayor of Sparksville who appeared in Tourist Trap.
Appearance
Earl is a white pale man with brown hair and peach fuzz on his chin. He wears a grey blue suit and pants with a white dress shirt and a white belt. He has a black handkerchief and wears a string bowtie. He sometimes wears his grey cap hat with a American flag image on the front when he does his other job.
History
Ben 10
In Tourist Trap, Earl (as well as the rest of the residents of Sparksville) was aware of the existence of the alien species, Nosedeenian. However, he scoffed at the idea that they're aliens (stating apathetically "Well, that just plain kooky talk." when it was suggested by Gwen), instead theorizing that they were either "lightning come to life" or "static cling run amuck". He appeared quite knowledgeable about them. After the Nosedeenian escaped from his rubber band ball prison, he tasked the Tennysons with recapturing them (as Ben was the one who accidentally released them). Ben managed to recapture them in the world's largest fishbowl adapted into a makeshift prison. Earl had it converted into a light bulb, to replace the "World's largest rubber band ball" with the town's newest attraction "World's largest light bulb."
