Robert Nash was a Robert De Niro impersonator from Season 12 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the audition round.
Background
Robert Nash grew up in the entertainment business in Las Vegas. He performed on the strip at the age of thirteen as a comic magician. As time went on, Robert developed an ability to do multiple impressions of actors, singers, and other celebrities. Not until the early 2000's did Robert see (along with everybody that's met him) a striking resemblance to Robert De Niro. Making appearances live and on television and film as the two time Oscar winning actor's impersonator has made Robert Nash a local celebrity on the Las Vegas entertainment scene. This multiple award winning impersonator also travels extensively with his live act "The Magic of De Niro", a show that is a combination of mob-styled magic, comedy, and the presence of De Niro.[1]
Audition
Robert Nash's audition in Episode 1204 consisted of giving his impressions of Robert De Niro, Christopher Walken, John Travolta, and Jack Nicholson having a conversation about reading nursery rhymes on the stage. Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell buzzed the act. Although Howie Mandel voted "Yes", Mel, Heidi, and Simon voted "No", eliminating Robert from the competition.
