Audition

Emily Bland's audition in Episode 1709 consisted of lip-syncing to a song sung by her husband offstage. She then went to lip-sync the words of all the judges. Simon Cowell voted "?" as he didn't know what to make of the act, but Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara voted "Yes", sending her to the next round.

Deliberations

Emily Bland was not selected as one of the 55 acts in the Semifinals, eliminating her from the competition.

Trivia

  • Emily is the first act in AGT history to receive an official vote of "?" from a judge.
