WIRED is an American reaction channel which is known primarily for two major things. The first is experts of certain fields of study or practice reacting to how their profession is depicted in entertainment, such as film, TV shows, and video games. Examples of this are Military Historian Breaks Down Medieval Weapons in Video Games, Olympic Archer Breaks Down Video Game Archery, and Researcher Breaks Down Cyberpunk Video Games.[1][2][3] The second is where celebrities answer the web's most asked questions regarding specifically them, using Google autocomplete (a format pioneered by the Vlogbrothers).[4] And the third is Technique Critique, where experts break down techniques used in film. Some examples of this includes Movie Accent Expert Breaks Down 32 Actors' Accents, Surgical Resident Breaks Down 49 Medical Scenes from Film & TV, and Hacker Breaks Down 26 Hacking Scenes from Movies & TV.[5] However, other than those main three series, they upload a lot of other miscellaneous videos, too, and have been since they started uploading videos in 2007.[6]
