Gauss Prime is the Primed variant of Gauss, sporting higher Shields and even faster Sprint Speed, as well as an additional polarity. Gauss Prime was released alongside Acceltra Prime and Akarius Prime.

When Gauss Prime wields his Signature Weapons:
- Acceltra/ Acceltra Prime: +50% Reload Speed while Sprinting.
- Akarius/ Akarius Prime: +100% Reload Speed while Sprinting.
Gauss Prime possesses the fastest Sprint Speed of all Warframes at 1.5.
As with any other Prime Warframe, moving close to the location of an Orokin Void Death Orb will restore a pulse of 250 Energy to nearby allies, even if that Death Orb is inactive, destroyed, or non-present. This effect can only occur once per orb.
Casting Redline leaves a symbol of the ability on the ground for a few seconds.
