Sandrone, also known as Marionette and the Seventh of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, is a minor antagonist in the 2020 action role-playing fantasy video game Genshin Impact.
Sandrone was the Seventh of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, a group of influential and powerful individuals who acted as the chief lieutenants of the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya. Codenamed "Marionette", she was a researcher for the Fatui who modified and worked with Automatons.
Sandrone is voiced by Haitian Hong in Chinese, by Deneen Melody in English, by Gang Eun-ae in Korean, and by Mariko Honda in Japanese. Melody has also voiced Pandora in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World.
Appearance
Though her true age remains unclear, Sandrone had the appearance of a petite young woman with light skin and blue eyes. She had thick, chin-length light brown hair styled into a bob cut with bangs covering her forehead and a pair of longer strands which framed her face and trapsed down to her chest.

Sandrone didn't have a particularly friendly personality, as she always treated others with impatience or even outright contempt. She viewed the politicking of her fellow Fatui Harbingers as exasperating, instead preferring to dedicate all of her attention to her research.
Synopsis
The Puppeteer of the Fatui
Sandrone a.k.a. "Marionette" was the Seventh of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, a group of powerful men and women who commanded the Fatui. The Fatui were a military faction that governed over the nation Snezhnaya and followed the Cryo Archon, the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya, in her quest to overthrow the gods of Celestia. Marionette was engrossed in researching Automatons left behind from the fall of the nation of Khaenri'ah, going as far as to modify them for her own use. She met Tartaglia, the Eleventh Harbinger, on a handful of occasions and always treated him poorly. At some point, Sandrone admonished a Fatui recruit named Javert.

Marionette, alongside the other Harbingers, later gathered in a cathedral in Snezhnaya for the funeral of La Signora, the Eighth Fatui Harbinger, who had been executed by the Electro Archon Beelzebul during a failed Fatui plot in the nation of Inazuma. Sandrone watched on with amused exasperation as her fellow Harbingers pointlessly bickered amongst themselves. Pierro, the Director of the Fatui, proceeded to silence the gathered Harbingers and made a speech in Signora's memory as her coffin was encased in ice. Unlike the other Harbingers, who closed their eyes, Sandrone didn't show respect for Signora during the eulogy.

- Political Influence: As one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, Sandrone was bequeathed with nigh-unlimited executive authority by the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya. With the political and economical power invested in her, Marionette could call upon almost any resource in furtherance of the goal of the Fatui. She could command the authority of any Fatuus who weren't themselves Harbingers, and presumably wielded unquestionable authority in Snezhnaya. Additionally, her official position as a Snezhnayan diplomat meant that she couldn't be prosecuted in foreign nations without significant political tension being caused.
Equipment
- Delusion: A Delusion was a device similar in nature to a Vision, allowing its user to channel elemental energy. Unlike a Vision, however, Delusions weren't bequeathed onto mortals by the gods of Celestia but instead manufactured by the hands of mortals. Created by the Fatui to aid them in their goals, Delusions were personally granted by the Tsaritsa to her loyal subjects; few outside the Eleven Fatui Harbingers were privileged enough to receive a Delusion. Although more powerful than Visions, Delusions were more volatile and gradually drained the lifeforce of its wielder.

- A marionette describes a puppet controlled from above by a puppeteer using strings and wires. The fact that Sandrone was depicted being carried by a large Automaton may be a reference to the concept of a marionette, with the Harbinger being the puppet and the Automaton being the puppeteer.
- Like the other Fatui Harbingers, Sandrone's name and alias were derived from a stock character in commedia dell'arte, a form of traditional Italian pantomime theater characterized by its masked characters and representation of fixed social types. In commedia dell'arte, Sandrone was a crude, cunning, and clever peasant who acted as a representative for a poor community.
