Fenring

Fenrings are aggressive creatures found in the Mountains during the night. Their appearance is distinctly werewolf-like, standing on two legs with a black fur coat. Unlike their Frost cave counterparts, Fenrings only walk on their hind-legs.

Notes

• The name "Fenring" is derived from Fenrir, the same way Surtlings derive from Surt. Fenrir (sometimes spelled Fenris or Fenrisulfr, "the Fenrir/Fenris-wolf") is a giant wolf from Norse and Germanic mythology who will swallow the god Odin during Ragnarökr. He is the son of Loki.
