Delmak was a highly industrialized planet long controlled by the Goa'uld. It once had a large moon, Netu, which was destroyed in 1999.
History

After he was banished by the System Lords, Sokar conquered the planet and made it his homeworld, where he ruled until he was killed by the explosion of Netu. (SG1, "The Devil You Know")
In the aftermath of Sokar's death, Apophis later took control of the world, establishing himself as a liberator who freed them from a tyrant and an unjust god with Sokar's remaining forces quickly pledging their loyalty to him, ruling there until his own death in 2001.
Apophis was killed when a Ha'tak filled with Replicators, which he was aboard, crashed into the planet after SG-1 sabotaged the vessel's sublight drives. Much of the planet was probably devastated. (SG1, "Enemies")
Delmak was later taken over by Anubis, who used it as a base of operations from where he commanded the forces of Ba'al. (SG1, "Reckoning, Part 1", "Reckoning, Part 2", "Threads")
