Notus is a very minor character found in Soulcalibur III's Chronicles of the Sword mode. He never speaks, nor does he have much to do with the storyline. He fights under Abelia's command, first as a low level soldier during the player's earlier training in infantry, and last under her command when the player rebels.

Kick Edge
Two iron shoes with what look like sharpened rocks at both ends. It is the weakest weapon under the Grieve Edge discipline. Not much else is known about it.

Trivia
- Notus is one few characters to use the Face 1 create a soul face option, which is a more anime style face model that gives the character a young feminine looking face with somewhat larger eyes that is unique compared to the other more aged and masculine face options.
- Notus' name could be a hybrid of the words, note & lotus.
- When the player defeats Notus in Chronicle 18, they will be given very little XP points although Notus himself is at level 35.
