Sonic Putter

Sonic Putter (ソニックパター[3] Sonikku Patā?) is a mobile phone game released in 2003 as part of the Sonic Cafe service offered by Sega. An updated version of the game was released in 2009.

Gameplay

In Sonic Putter, where the player controls Sonic in a game of mini golf. New courses from the Sonic Cafe servers.

Upon starting a hole, the player may view the map before pointing the direction they wants the shot to go. Upon confirming the ball's trajectory, a power gauge appears on the right side of the screen. The red bar fills and depletes to signify the amount of power behind the shot. Nine total holes are played, with the final score able to be uploaded to a daily leaderboard over the internet. Said scores list is reset every day, allowing for different players to be featured.

Sonic Putter features several gimmicks, such as panels that carry the ball around the course, warp panels, and breakable walls.
