The E-105 Army is a group that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. They were a group of robots created by Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik in the year 3236. They are a variant group of E-100 Series robots, each sharing an identical appearance other than a blue-gray color scheme.

History

The Prince & The Revolution

The E-105 Army were created by Dr. Eggman, but was only used once during Eggman's invasion on Feral Forest. The robots ambushed on Elias Acorn, Megan Acorn, Geoffrey St. John and Hershey Cat and forced them to surrender. However, Sonic the Hedgehog and Sally Acorn arrived and rallied the Feral Forest citizens to fight against the E-105 Army. The robotic militia was destroyed easily, leaving Eggman to retreat.[2]

Powers and abilities

Each unit in the E-105 Army possesses a single cannon on their right arm which is powerful enough to blow a large hole in a wall.[2]

Trivia

  • Because of E-105 Zeta's extremely minimal role during the Sonic Adventure adaption, the E-105 Army were essentially the "replacement" of the robot in terms of serial code numbers.
