The Bomblin[1] is an enemy that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a mass-produced, bomb-based Badnik, created by Dr. Eggman, and a variant of the Bomb.
Appearance
Bomblins are small black spherical robots with two black eyes, and a small pair of red feet. They also feature a helmet with a yellow stripe across it.
Overview
In Sonic Chaos, the Bomblins only appear in Electric Egg Zone. In gameplay, the Bomblins will shake when the player comes across them and then shuffle towards the playable character, exploding into harmful projectiles once they are within range. In some segments of the Zone, Bomblins will also periodically drop from pipes onto Conveyor Belts. They also do not contain any Animals.
Powers and abilities
Bomblins have the ability to detonate themselves at the cost of their existence, spraying harmful projectiles at their enemies.
