It is the third chapter of Mizuki's Routes. It follows Mizuki's investigation of a lead to Kuruto Ryuki's Somnium.
Case File Synopsis
Ryuki's Somnium reveals the name "Dahlia boat." 6 years ago, he and Mizuki heard the word "boat"... Bot where does "dahlia" come from? Why did Ryuki know that name?
After finishing the Psync, Mizuki takes Ryuki to the interrogation room. Ryuki is still dazed and drunk, but she can't slow down for him. Mizuki questions Ryuki.
Why did you reverse Psync? How do you know that name?
Ryuki suddenly lets out a creepy laugh and loses consciousness. Aiba advises Mizuki that Ryuki's neural connections have gone haywire and not to continue pressing him. Mizuki resolves to continue the investigation.

- The English chapter title comes from the closing line of The Turn of the Screw by Henry James, as does its counterpart on Side Ryuki, Dispossessed. The preceding chapter, A Strange Tale, takes its title from the opening line.
