Japan

Japan (pronounced, ʤəˈpæn) was a faction founded by Altrive. It was located on the islands of Japan. Its territorial claims encompassed the whole of Japan's four main islands, Honshū (本州), Hokkaidō (北海道), Shikoku (四国), and Kyūshū (九州).

The faction was removed during the Fourth Faction Reset on Day 76 and has yet to be reestablished.

History

Japan was originally formed by Altrive on Day 1, but it was lost in a faction reset that occurred the following day. Japan was reformed on Day 6 but was disbanded again on Day 16 when the territorial claims disappeared. The entire nation was annexed by Pogland on Day 17. However, some time later, Altrive managed to reinstate the faction, and a capital city called San Fransokyo was founded.
