Amy Dudley was a recurring character in the third season of Reign. She was portrayed by Clara Pasieka.

Amy was the wife of Robert Dudley. She was often concerned over her marriage as Robert spent much of his time with Elizabeth I and rumors suggested that their friendship was more then just that. Despite these rumors, Amy fought to keep her marriage alive, even against impossible odds.

In Wedlock, Amy Dudley commits suicide a while after she learns about the affair her husband was having with Elizabeth. She did this so she can frame Robert and Elizabeth because they were expecting their first child.
