Waza is one of the songs that originally debuted in the music game developed by KONAMI and BEMANI, drummania. According to Harumi Ueko, also commonly known as Jimmy Weckl, this song is the first entry of a trilogy of songs, before CENTAUR and Herring roe. Waza made a crossover appearance in pop'n music 10 on December 17, 2003, via the ee'MALL 2nd avenue service.
