Kyogre is a Water-type Legendary Pokémon from the Hoenn region. It does not evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Along with Groudon and Rayquaza, it is a member of the Weather Trio. It can undergo Primal Reversion reverting to Primal Kyogre initially after being given 400 Primal Energy.
