Description

Giant's Bed is a vast, open area in the middle of the Crown Tundra just below the snow-swept area, with connections to many other areas to the north, south, and east. It surrounds Old Cemetery, and directly north of it is a massive area of ruined buildings with some abandoned fields.

The player can find Mints as hidden items scattered across Giant's Bed, making it one of a few locations where one can do so.

Pedestal Entry

Among the ruins is an old pedestal that reads:

January 2
Before long, the ruffian had bent its knees to the
king and become its loyal steed. Our people's
faith in the king grew firm and unwavering.

Our ancestors built a temple around the sacred
sapling atop a tall mountain to give the king
a worthy home. Moreover, they crafted a set of
reins to let the king command its proud steed
with ease.

Apparently, this is chronologically the fourth of all five pedestal entries.

Places of Interest

Iron Ruins

Lying on the west edge of the area, near the entrance to Frostpoint Field, lies the Iron Ruins. It is where the player would battle the legendary giant Registeel.

Rock Peak Ruins

The Rock Peak Ruins is located in the far southeast. Regirock of the legendary giants can be found here.

Regigigas' Den

If the player has all five legendary giants in their party (trading is required to obtain the fifth one), they may discover a faint glow of a special den that would normally be inactive in all times, near Snowslide Slope and surrounded by four rocks. If they check out the den, a level 100 Regigigas is battled in a special Max Raid Battle.
