Cyllene is a character appearing in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. She is the head of the Galaxy Team's Survey Corps, and an ancestor of Team Galactic leader Cyrus. She hails from the Hoenn region, and specializes in Psychic-type Pokémon.
Appearance
Cyllene bears a striking resemblance to Cyrus. She has fair skin, short pale blue hair and eyes, and usually wears a serious expression.
Personality
Cyllene usually appears to be austere and no-nonsense, and she dedicatedly follows orders from Kamado, but inside she is a kind person who prefers keeping outward emotions to herself. However, sometimes she can panic and lose her cool, such as when she became afraid of a Wurmple that crawled into her office and urged her Abra to immediately teleport the Wurmple away.
Cyllene is heavily devoted to the Galaxy Team, promising to Kamado that she will keep the legacy of their organization alive by passing on the knowledge to her descendants after he assumes that the Galaxy Team will be forgotten by later generations.
She is also known to stress-eat whenever she gets heavily pressured by her circumstances.
Etymology
The name Cyllene might be named after the planet that orbits around Jupiter. It may also be intentionally coined for her to match with the name of Cyrus's.
Her name might also be derived from Selene, the Greek Goddess of the Moon.

- Judging by her blue hair and seemingly brooding face, as well as her naming being similar to Cyrus', she is implied to be Cyrus' ancestor.
