Kalos does not have a Cycling Road, although in Cyllage City, there is a circuit that circles around the city and has other Cyclists whom the player has to battle.

Anime

Cycling Road Kanto anime

Only the Cycling Roads of the Kanto and Sinnoh regions have appeared in Pokémon the Series.

The Cycling Road of Kanto leads to Fuchsia city, like in the core series. It first appears in "The Bridge Bike Gang", in which it has a major role, since Ash, Brock, and Misty get in a conflict with a gang of Cyclists there. The Cycling Road reappears in "The Green Guardian", where it is closed, so Ash and his friends take a shortcut through the forest on their way to the Battle Pike.

The Cycling Road of Sinnoh is passed through by Ash and his friends in "One Big Happiny Family!".
