Synopsis
The episode begins at the Iceworld portal, with Ice Cub having just finished giving Owlette and Gekko a tour of the place. Ice Cub has learned a lot about the Iceworld and is enjoying sharing his wisdom with his friends. Owlette and Gekko thank him for the tour and leave in the Owl-Glider. As Ice Cub leaves after closing the portal, he talks about wanting to have someone new to share his knowledge about Iceworld with, but all of his friends have already visited the place (with the exception of Bastet, who would likely not tolerate the cold due to being a desert cat). Unbeknownst to him, the Wolfy Kids have been hiding in a bush the entire time eavesdropping on the heroes’ conversation. They become very interested in going to Iceworld; Howler and Kevin wonder how they will enter the icy place, but Rip soon gets an idea.
The following day, Ivan is at the museum's library reading some books and still thinking about who to take to Iceworld next, when suddenly, a paper falls out of the book he'd just opened. It's a note from the Wolfies, saying they seek advice from an "ice expert" and want to meet Ice Cub at the portal that night. Despite knowing how troublesome the Wolfies can be, Ivan decides to take them to Iceworld anyway. That night, the Power Heroes meet up in Power Q. There are many villains around the city causing trouble, so all the heroes, except Ice Cub, leave HQ. Ice Cub sees in the Picture Player the Wolfy Kids are already at the portal, so he takes the Ice Dasher and heads to Earth. He meets up with Wolfies, who say they are very interested in ice and in his knowledge. Ice Cub decides to start by reading them the book with the story of Iceworld, but the Wolfies want to explore immediately. Ice Cub decides to read while they are in Iceworld. But as soon as he takes the Icicle Key out, Howler and Rip use their sonic howl on him, pushing him to a nearby bush and use the key to enter Iceworld. Kevin takes the book about Iceworld, actually interested in the story.
In Iceworld, the Wolfies are excited about exploring, Ice Cub enters right after. The wolf siblings then take Ice Cub's sled and climb the Ice Stairway to slide through the landscape, while Ice Cub chases after them. The Wolfies pass through the Tunnel of Winds when PJ Robot contacts Ice Cub asking if he is okay. The latter responds hastily that he is and hangs up. PJ Robot sees through the Picture Player the portal is left open and spots the Wolfy Kids' pawprints on the wall, so he calls Owlette and Gekko about the situation. Soon after, the two friends contact Ice Cub, offering to join him in Iceworld, but the latter lies that he is doing homework and hangs up. Owlette then realizes something is wrong.
Meanhwile, the Wolfies have arrived at the Cave of Ice Powers and are amazed by its sights. Kevin reads the book and learns the cave might be dangerous, but both his brother and sister don't care about it and enter the cave with him. They later find the polar bear statue guardians. Kevin reads the book and tells his siblings that the guardians are dangerous too, but they still don't care. At this moment, the polar bear guardians zap Howler and Rip, who manage to dodge and then howl at the statues. This causes the cave to shake and the Icicle Crystal falls off its statue and rolls to the Wolfies. Kevin is hesitant about it, but his brother and sister insist on it and force Kevin to go with it. The crystal then starts to glow, making it transfer its ice power to the three wolfies. Right afterwards, Ice Cub enters the cave and confronts the Wolfies. Howler and Rip, thanks to their new ice powers, partially freeze Ice Cub in a block of ice just by howling at him. While Howler and Rip are excited about it, Kevin runs to Ice Cub and reads the book to find out how to unfreeze him, but then the polar bear guardians zap and freeze Howler and Rip. They also zap at Kevin, who is saved by Ice Cub, but the two boys are blown all the way back to the entrance of Iceworld. At that moment, Owlette and Gekko are at the portal wearing their mega suits when Ice Cub and Kevin are blown right into them.
Owlette and Gekko help Ice Cub to their feet while Kevin blames himself for the whole ordeal, but Ice Cub admits that it was really all his fault, as he let the Wolfies into Iceworld because he wanted someone new to share his knowledge with. Learning about Howler and Rip's current situation, Owlette and Gekko try to enter Iceworld, but the strong wind makes it hard to get in. Kevin reads the book again, a page says the gaurdians' anger can only be calmed by a "frosty deed". Although not sure what this means, the heroes already know what to do. Owlette and Gekko put Ice Cub on his sled. Owlette and Kevin sit on it as well and Gekko pushes it through the portal. They arrive in front of the Cave of Ice Powers, where Owlette and Kevin help Ice Cub go in while Gekko stays behind holding the sled. Inside the cave, Howler and Rip are still frozen when their brother and the heroes appear. Ice Cub believes that a "frosty deed" means the Wolfies should return the ice power they took to the Icicle Crystal. Howler and Rip try by howling at the crystal, but this causes the cave to shake again and the polar bear guardians zap the two again.
Ice Cub tells the Wolfies the ice guardians need respect, so they need to be quiet and gentle. Rip asks how they can howl while being quiet, and Ice Cub responds they need to do one thing at a time. Howler and Rip follow his advice and howl at the Crystal softly. Kevin does the same, and all the ice power they took is returned to the Icicle Crystal. Kevin then places the Crystal back on the statue and its power unfreezes Ice Cub, Howler and Rip. As the Wolfies leave, Kevin returns the book to Ice Cub and thanks him for sharing his knowledge. Then he runs off to catch up with his siblings. Ice Cub, Owlette and Gekko leave the cave and they, along with the Wolfy Kids, shout out their victory cry altogether.
