Mutant Snare is an enemy in Phoenotopia: Awakening. It is likely a mutant variant of the Dragon Snare since they share many identical traits, with the only differences being the Mutant Snares' purple spotted appearance and higher durability and power. They can only be found within Mul Caves and Aurantia.
Behaviour

Its behaviour is exactly the same as that of the Dragon Snares. It shares the same weakness of taking 25 fixed damage from swallowed Bombs, so the same strategy of luring it out with Bombs and damaging it while its mouth is occupied still works here.
Trivia
- Mutant Snares also share the hair-dye removal property that Dragon Snares have when Gail is swallowed by a Snare (without carrying Stink Root).
