Jack Whacky is a minor character from OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes. He debuted in the episode "Whacky Jaxxyz". His character design is based off of American dubbed early 2000s anime.

- His flamboyant demeanor, haircut and verbal tic of calling other players "~boy" is derived from the character Maximillion Pegasus from the anime Yu-Gi-Oh: Duel Monsters.
- Like Jack, Pegasus is the original creator of the card game around which the series centres.
- His haircut under the Pegasus-like uniform resembles Paradox's, the villain of Yu-Gi-Oh: Bonds Beyond Time.
