Cookie Man is a minor character in the OK K.O.! series. He first appeared in the episode "Let's Be Heroes".
Physical Appearance
Cookie Man is a thin humanoid man but has cookies for hands and eyes, hence his name. He is mostly bald except for a small tuft of violet hair on the top of his head. He wears a black and white work suit with a gray tie, with long white socks and gray shoes. He has chocolate chips on his cookies.
Description
A wandering salesman with cookies for hands. Cookie Man sells cookies at the plaza sometimes. Everyone finds him super creepy, but he’s SO hard to say no to.

He can generate cookies-as-hands infinitely.

He was waiting for Enid to open the register stand until she decided she does not want to open the lane.

He attends Radcon due to Rad being Internet famous.

He scratches off cookie crumbles in front of Dendy making her angry to clean it up. When Dendy upgraded the sponge, it cleans off the chocolate chips from Cookie Man. He runs in the plaza after hearing a robot attack occurring.

He watches the film entries from the Plaza Film Festival event.
"Whacky Jaxxyz"
Through K.O. and Dendy's imagination, Dendy uses Cookie Man to take down URL.
