Gil Ferris

Wouldn’t be a very good product if it didn’t do what I sang, now would it? Thank you kindly, stranger.
—"Let's Not Be Skeletons"

Gil Ferries is a minor character in OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes. He is the main antagonist in the episode "Let's Not Be Skeletons", where he made his first appearance.

Physical Appearance

Gil is a large-sized man with fair skin, a big, long nose and round eyes. He has short light brown hair with a bald spot on the back. He wears a dark blue cape, a light blue scarf, a formal azure suit with a white long-sleeved shirt underneath and black trousers and shoes. Gil also wears three golden rings on each hand, all of which have a single red gem.

Personality

Gil Ferris is greedy, selfish and egocentric. He disregards the destruction his praised invention is creating, to the point that he does not thoroughly check if the seller is a hero or a villain and ignores to create regulations for its use. On a superficial level, Gil presents a gleeful facade and is always ready to perform a musical number to charm people into buying his product and being focused on profits.

History

"Let's Not Be Skeletons"

Gil Ferris drives towards to Mr. Gar's trucks when his employees were unloading the inventory. Gil Ferris introduces himself as a problem "solver" for assuming that the Lakewood Plaza Turbo is riddled with problems. He performs a musical to advertise his newest invention, the Skeleton Remote. As he continues selling the Skeleton Remotes, K.O. informs him about the effects of the Skeleton Remote. After the buyers are disgruntled over the irreversible effect, Gil convinces the buyers about an upgraded version of the Skeleton Remote that is only sold exclusively to heroes. Gil is satisified with the profits he earned from the Skeleton Remotes. As he prepares for another performance of the Skeleton Remotes, K.O. kicks him off the stage to get the attention of the buyers. Later on, his application for the promotion of the Skeleton Remote was about to be authorized by Congress Woman until she receives a call from K.O. about the harm of the device from his nightmare. Gil is confused about his application being denied and the ban of Skeleton Remotes. He tries to convince her with a musical but Congress Woman makes him leave her office.
